Creates a reference to a Vertex AI indexer.

Parameters
- params: { displayName?: string; indexId: string }
  The parameters for the indexer reference.
  - OptionaldisplayName?: string
    An optional display name for the indexer.
  - indexId: string
    The ID of the Vertex AI index.
