Function getFirestoreDocumentIndexer

Creates a Firestore Document Indexer.

This function returns a DocumentIndexer function that indexes documents into a Firestore collection.

Parameters
- db: Firestore
  The Firestore instance.
- collectionName: string
  The name of the Firestore collection.
